Take on more distance and stay composed mile after mile in the new adidas Women’s Adistar running shoe with a shape that provides forward momentum from its EVA geometry and a forefoot rocker which helps you spring into your next step.

A brand-new midsole foam called Repetitor is used in the midsole, which has a dual density construction. Super soft and lightweight it has an energetic feel throughout the midfoot and toe. In the heel it uses firmer Repetitor plus, which is designed to cradle and protect your heel. It also supports it through your transition and is made from 15% recycled materials.

Underneath it uses a podded continental rubber outsole that provides incredible traction in the wet and dry while also complementing the gait cycle.

Built with a gender specific last with less volume in the forefoot and a slightly narrower heel for female runners it also has an overtly padded tongue and collar for a soft feel and step in comfort.

The upper uses at least 50% primeblue, reimagined ocean bound plastic waste in its construction and forms a soft and breathable engineered mesh. It is adaptably engineered to reduce irritation and enhance ride comfort.

For an improved lockdown feel and increased security, an internal support cage wraps and hugs your midfoot, locking you in as you tie your laces.
